Apple promised a huge leap forward. Did they deliver? The iPhone 17 Pro comes with a radical design. The performance is off the charts. And the cameras? They are truly game-changing. Let’s dive into the first impressions. This is the iPhone 17 Pro.

A Radical New Design of the iPhone 17 Pro

You notice the new design instantly. The iPhone 17 Pro feels incredibly solid. It is built from aerospace-grade aluminum. Apple says it’s 3x less prone to scratches. The entire back is one solid piece of aluminum. This includes the new camera plateau. This clever design is not just for looks. It offers 20% better thermal efficiency. This is a massive upgrade from titanium models. All that power needs to stay cool. This design makes it possible.

The End of the Camera Bump

That iconic 3-camera bump is gone. It is replaced by a smooth plateau. This plateau holds three cameras. It also houses the flash and 3D sensors. The look is sleek and futuristic. It makes the phone feel more unified. However, be mindful of this area. This impressive plateau is vulnerable to scratches. It’s the one spot to watch carefully.

A Display That Dazzles in Any Light

The display is absolutely stunning. It’s a 6.3‑inch Super Retina XDR screen. It also features ProMotion technology. Apple is using Ceramic Shield 2. This makes it 3x more durable. The screen has a special 7-layer anti-reflective coating. It works wonders on a sunny day. You will see no glare at all. The resolution is a crisp 2622 x 1206 pixels. This gives you 460 pixels per inch. Peak brightness hits an amazing 3,000 nits. For late-night use, it can dim to just 1 nit. This display is simply brilliant.

A19 Pro: MacBook Power in Your Pocket

The iPhone 17 Pro is an absolute powerhouse. It runs on the new Apple A19 Pro chip. This SoC has 2 performance cores and 4 efficiency cores. The chip features 50% more cache data. The 6-core GPU is another huge win. It includes 2nd-gen Dynamic Caching. This gives you amazing graphics performance. Games and 8K videos look incredible.

Neural Accelerators are built into each GPU core. This provides twice the peak compute of the A18 Pro. It’s like having a MacBook Pro in your phone. This power unlocks a new era for this device.

<script async src="https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-5559692671600743"

Next-Generation Cooling and Connectivity

All that performance generates heat. Apple has a smart solution for that. The iPhone 17 Pro is slightly thicker. This allows for a vapor chamber cooling system. It manages heat during intense tasks.

Connectivity is also faster than ever. The new N1 wireless chip supports Wi-Fi 7. It also includes Bluetooth 6 and Thread. The C1X modem is 2x more powerful than before, the C1 modem. It’s faster than the iPhone 16 Pro. And, it uses 30% less energy. Overall, this phone is 40% more efficient.

A Camera System That Changes Everything

Apple didn’t just upgrade the cameras. They completely reinvented them. This system is for creators. It’s for anyone who loves taking photos and videos. From a smarter selfie camera to a pro-grade main system, this is a cinematic revolution in your pocket.

The Smartest Selfie Camera Yet on iPhone 17 Pro

The front camera is now an 18 MP ultrawide sensor. It’s not a typical phone camera sensor. This one is perfectly square. This unique shape unlocks some amazing new tricks. It also houses smaller FaceID and 3D sensors.

Group Selfies Are Easy: Just tap to zoom out. You can also switch to landscape. Everyone fits in the shot perfectly.

Center Stage Shines: On video calls, the camera follows you. It reframes automatically to keep you in focus.

Dual-Capture Video: This is a creator’s dream. You can record with front and back cameras at once. It’s perfect for vlogs and reaction videos.

Three 48MP Lenses Redefine Photography

The main camera system is simply incredible. All three sensors are now 48MP.

48 MP Fusion Ultrawide: Capture stunning wide shots with amazing detail.

48 MP Fusion Telephoto: This lens is a masterpiece. Get 4x zoom at 100 mm. Or push to 8x zoom at 200 mm. It uses a new tetraprism design. The sensor is 56% larger for better shots.

48 MP Main Camera: Your primary shooter for breathtaking photos and videos.

This whole system supports professional formats. You can shoot in ProRes Log and ACES. You can record 4K video at 120 fps. It also captures ProRes RAW footage. This bundle is powerful enough for industry-grade filmmaking.

All-Day Battery Life for Power Users

You need a great battery to power these features. The iPhone 17 Pro delivers. The eSIM model has a 4,252 mAh battery. The nano SIM model has a 3,998 mAh battery. The eSIM version offers over 12 hours of screen time. With intense use, you still get over 7 hours of battery life. For most people, this is an all-day phone. Heavy users can end the day with 30% battery left. On paper, it also supports 39 hours of video playback per Apple.

Charging is fast and flexible. You can use USB-C 3.0 for 40-watt wired charging. Or, use 25W MagSafe and Qi2 wireless charging. You can get a 50% charge in just 20 minutes. It even supports 4.5W reverse wired charging.

Remember when we thought phones couldn’t get any thinner? Apple just proved us wrong. The iPhone Air isn’t just slim — it’s super powerful too. Imagine holding a phone that feels futuristic and gives you Pro-level performance. That’s iPhone Air in a nutshell.

A Bold New Design with Titanium Build

The first thing you notice is its impossible thinness. At just 5.6 mm, the iPhone Air is a testament to engineering excellence. To put that in perspective, it’s significantly slimmer than the iconic 6.9 mm iPhone 6. Notably, it is more durable than most other smartphones on the market.

But don’t let the slim profile fool you. Apple built this phone to last. It features a strong frame made from 80% recycled Titanium. The front is protected by a ceramic shield, making it 4x more durable than previous glass-backed iPhones. The polished Titanium finish comes in four gorgeous colors:

— Space Black
— Cloud White
— Light Gold
— Sky Blue

One of the coolest design choices is the new camera plateau. This sleek, raised section on the back houses all the main circuitry and the primary camera. It’s a smart and stylish way to integrate the camera bump.

it’s actually wild that Apple was able to fit the ENTIRE camera system, logic board and other components inside the iPhone Air’s plateau lol

it’s all even really beautiful to look at! pic.twitter.com/FNn1pxlSNd
— System Settings (@app_settings) September 10, 2025

Apple continues to push for a seamless future. The iPhone Air is an eSIM-only device, ditching the physical SIM tray for good.

ProMotion Display Makes Everything Butter Smooth

Your eyes are immediately drawn to the gorgeous 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR display. With ProMotion technology, scrolling is buttery smooth, scaling all the way up to 120 Hz. When you’re not using it, the Always-on-Display sips power at just 1 Hz.

Worried about outdoor use? Don’t be. The screen reaches a dazzling 3,000 nits peak brightness. Sunny days have met their match.

And this beautiful screen is tough. It’s protected by Ceramic Shield 2, which is 3x more durable than the shield on the iPhone 16 series.

Two Revolutionary Cameras of iPhone Air

The All-New Fusion Cam

The main camera is a game-changer. It’s a new 48 MP Fusion ultra-wide-angle sensor. This beast of a shooter (f/1.6, 26 mm) features 100% Focus Pixels and Sensor-shift OIS.

But here’s the magic: it also has an integrated 2x telephoto sensor. It’s two cameras in one! This system delivers stunning 24 MP photos packed with detail. Your 4K videos will look sharper and more vivid than ever.

A Smarter Selfie with Center Stage

The front camera gets a huge upgrade, too. Say hello to the 18 MP Center Stage selfie shooter. Instead of a standard 3:4 sensor, this one is a wider, square sensor.

Allowing for the introduction of a clever new trick. If you have multiple people in the shot, a simple tap on the screen can zoom out or automatically rotate the view from portrait to landscape to fit everyone in. Capture 4 different selfies with 4 different orientations and pick the best one later.

For video calls, Center Stage is a lifesaver. It automatically reframes the shot to keep the subject(s) in focus, even if you move around or someone else joins you.

Content creators, listen up! The iPhone Air supports dual-capture video. This means you can record with the front and back cameras at the same time. Your vlogs and reaction videos will never be the same.

A19 Pro: MacBook Power in Your Pocket

Under the hood, the iPhone Air is an absolute monster. Inside, the iPhone Air runs on the A19 Pro SoC.

— 2 performance cores + 4 efficiency cores
— 50% more cache memory
— 5-core GPU with 2nd-gen Dynamic Caching
— Each GPU core has a Neural Accelerator (2x faster than A18 Pro)

Graphics performance is off the charts. The 5-core GPU supports 2nd-gen Dynamic Caching. Each GPU core even has its own Neural Accelerator. This delivers 2x the peak compute power of the A18 Pro. Apple isn’t kidding when they call this MacBook Pro-level performance.

Next-Generation Connectivity

Connectivity is faster and more reliable than ever. The new Apple-designed N1 wireless chip brings support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and Thread. Your connection will be rock-solid.

The iPhone Air also features Apple’s in-house C1X modem. It’s twice as powerful as the previous generation, faster than the iPhone 16 Pro, and uses 30% less energy.

Overall connectivity summary:

— N1 wireless chip handles Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and Thread
— C1X modem delivers 2x the power of the C1
— Faster than iPhone 16 Pro while using 30% less energy

All-Day Power in an Ultra-Thin Form

You might be wondering, “How can such a thin phone have good battery life?” Apple worked some magic here. The iPhone Air is equipped with a 3,149mAh Li-ion battery — smaller than you’d expect.

While the battery is compact, the phone’s efficiency is incredible. A new adaptive power mode ensures you get the most out of every charge. With Apple’s battery pack, you can get up to a whopping 40 hours of video playback. That’s almost two full days of watching Netflix!
Need a quick charge?

You’ve got options:

— 50% battery in just 20 minutes (wired charging)
— 8 hours of video from a 10-minute charge (perfect for emergencies)
— 20W Qi/MagSafe wireless charging (cable-free convenience)

Price and Storage

The leaks surrounding Samsung’s 2026 flagship have been in overdrive, but the speculation can finally end. We have exclusive details on the upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra, and the news is significant.

For fans of the iconic stylus, the most important question has been answered. Furthermore, Samsung is preparing to introduce a major design evolution for its premier smartphone. Let’s dive into the specifics.

     data-ad-format="auto"
     data-full-width-responsive="true"></ins>

The S Pen is Here to Stay

Recent speculation suggested that Samsung might be planning to drop the S Pen from the Galaxy S26 Ultra. This proved to be incorrect. A recent image shared by the renowned leaker Ice Universe (also known as PhoneArt on X/Twitter) clearly displays a prototype of the Galaxy S26 Ultra with a dedicated S Pen slot.

S26 Ultra Spen is still alive. pic.twitter.com/f6WdTc8U4M
— PhoneArt (@UniverseIce) September 6, 2025

This evidence effectively confirms that Samsung will continue the Galaxy Note’s legacy, solidifying the S Pen as a core feature of the Ultra series in 2026.

A Major Design Change — Embracing Rounded Corners

For the third time in the Galaxy Ultra’s history, Samsung is evolving its design language. Leaked side-by-side comparison images, courtesy of Holly – I like tech, show the Galaxy S26 Ultra next to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The difference is immediately apparent: the Galaxy S26 Ultra features prominently rounded corners, moving away from the sharp, boxy design that has defined its recent predecessors.

The S26 Ultras rounded corners omg 😭 pic.twitter.com/lIFvdW5Jvg
— Holly – I like tech (@AnxiousHolly) September 6, 2025

While the box-shaped design has many fans, this change is a strategic move. This new ergonomic approach offers several practical advantages.

<details class="wp-block-details is-style-default is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow" open>
Improved Ergonomics and Comfort

Devices with rounded corners are generally more comfortable to hold for extended periods. The smoother edges provide a better grip and reduce pressure points on the user’s palm.

</details>

<details class="wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow" open>
Enhanced Durability

Rounded corners are structurally more resilient. When a device is dropped, the curved surface helps to distribute the force of the impact more evenly, reducing the risk of significant damage. Sharp, angular corners tend to concentrate the entire impact force on a single point, making them more susceptible to cracks and dents.

</details>

<details class="wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow" open>
Superior UI/UX Synergy

The Android operating system, particularly Google’s Pixel line, heavily utilizes rounded corners within its user interface. By aligning the hardware design with the software’s aesthetic, Samsung can create a more cohesive and visually consistent user experience.

</details>

<details class="wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow" open>
Reduced Display Stress Points

On any display, sharp corners can become points of stress concentration. Over time, this can lead to the formation of microcracks. Displays with rounded edges mitigate this risk, offering a subtle but meaningful improvement in long-term durability.

</details>

A New Era for the Camera Module

The design evolution extends to the camera system. The Galaxy Ultra’s distinctive five-camera layout appears to be ending with the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The new design for the Galaxy S26 Ultra reportedly features a raised camera bump housing three primary lenses in a vertical stack. The other two sensors, along with the dual-tone LED flash, will be positioned in an adjacent column, sitting with the back of the device.

According to Ice Universe, this camera bump is a necessary trade-off for the device’s reduced overall thickness, which is rumored to be just 7.9 mm.

Q: Why does the Samsung S26 Ultra camera need a base?

A: It is known that the S25 Ultra has a body thickness of 8.2mm, and its camera does not have a base, with a protrusion height of 2.4mm. In contrast, the S26 Ultra is thinner at 7.9mm, which increases the camera protrusion… pic.twitter.com/GgCh3e0Hiw
— PhoneArt (@UniverseIce) September 6, 2025

Shooters with Upgrades

The camera hardware itself is receiving a major upgrade. The Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to feature an improved 200 MP wide-angle primary sensor with a much wider f/1.4 aperture. This represents a significant leap from the f/1.7 aperture on the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s 200 MP sensor, allowing for a 47% increase in light intake. This will translate to dramatically improved low-light photography and overall image quality.

The supporting camera sensors are also impressive, including a 50 MP ultra-wide, a 50 MP periscope, and a 12 MP telephoto shooter.

     data-ad-format="auto"
     data-full-width-responsive="true"></ins>

Same Battery, Smarter Power

Samsung plans to equip the Galaxy S26 Ultra with the same 5,000 mAh battery as its predecessor. The adjustments in the device’s size and the reduction in thickness leave no additional space for a larger battery cell.

Samsung’s Galaxy S26 lineup is here. 🚀

📱 S26 Pro → Compact & balanced
📱 S26 Edge → Slim with a 200MP punch
📱 S26 Ultra → The ultimate beast w/ S Pen + 4 cameras

Which one’s your pick? 👀 pic.twitter.com/a05jsz6d8V
— Sam Lover – Welcome to Samsung World (@SamLoverBlog) September 3, 2025

However, battery life is not expected to be a concern. Samsung is reportedly developing highly specific optimizations within Android 16 and One UI 8, tailored exclusively for the Galaxy S26 series. This software-first approach aims to maximize efficiency and ensure the device delivers competitive all-day battery performance.

Wrapping Up

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is shaping up to be the definitive fusion of the Galaxy Note and Ultra legacies. With a confirmed S Pen, a more ergonomic and durable design, and a powerful camera upgrade, the device promises to be a future-proof flagship. Stay connected for more updates as they emerge.

Why Do You Need to Upgrade to an iPhone 17 Pro?

Apple comes with a bunch of new iPhones every year. 2025 is going to be no different with the iPhone 17 series. Even if you have an iPhone 16 Pro, you should consider upgrading to the iPhone 17 Pro, at least. Leaving the iPhone 17 Pro Max aside in this section. Here’s a table to summarize why you need the upgrade.

iPhone 16 Pro

iPhone 17 Pro

Titanium Frame

Aluminum Frame

8.25 mm Thickness

8.7 mm Thickness

😒

Anti-reflective Display

12 MP Selfie Shooter

24 MP Selfie Shooter

12 MP Telephoto Shooter

48 MP Telephoto Shooter

5x Optical Zoom

8x Optical Zoom

4K Video Recording

8K Video Recording

😒

Dual Video Recording

A18 Pro SoC

A19 Pro SoC

8 GB RAM

12 GB RAM

3,582 mAh Battery

3,700+ mAh Battery

😒

Vapor Cooling Chamber

Furthermore, there are several other reasons to choose a new iPhone this year. You gotta see the leaked features. Starting with the new design in the next section.

New Design

After the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max from 2019, Apple has decided to change the design of the camera module with the iPhone 17 Pro models this year. The iconic triangular 3-camera module is going to be replaced by a huge horizontal camera visor, with the triangular 3-camera module being on the left side of the camera visor. Apple may need this design change to incorporate variable aperture, as discussed later.

Apart from the new camera module, the back panel is getting more design changes according to leaks, consisting of glass and aluminum. The Apple logo might be repositioned as well, which will interact with MagSafe accessories. Worth mentioning, Apple is ditching the titanium frame this year due to aluminum’s durability and reliability. Furthermore, iPhone 17 Pro will feature a newly designed Dynamic Island. The entire sensor is getting smaller and optimized.

🚨 New leak on iPhone 17 Pro

According to the MacRumors report, the Dynamic Island interface in the iPhone 17 Pro may undergo a noticeable redesign, as it is said that its size will shrink from 2 cm in the iPhone 16 to only about 1.5 cm! 😲

Source: @MacRumors pic.twitter.com/7pswTxlgGo
— Intro Hub (@theintrohub) September 5, 2025

     data-ad-format="auto"
     data-full-width-responsive="true"></ins>

New Shooters

Apple has been working on improving its camera modules and image processing units constantly over the years. iPhones are well-known and popular for taking great pictures, if not the best. When other companies are rocking 200 MP shooters, Apple decided to make some changes in their camera department this year, as well, in 2025.

Primary Shooters

Leaks suggest that the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max will come with a new 48 MP Fusion shooter, a 48 MP ultra-wide angle shooter, and a 48 MP telephoto shooter. Therefore, the 12 MP, f/2.8, 120 mm (periscope telephoto) shooter will be decommissioned. A dual video recording feature will be there for vloggers this time. It will be integrated as a new video-capturing mode in the iPhone 17 Pro models only. Furthermore, variable aperture might be there on these Pro models.

Selfie Shooter

Speaking of dual video recording, it is also leaked that the 12 MP, f/1.9, 23 mm (wide-angle) selfie shooter will get upgraded to a 24-MP wide-angle selfie shooter. This selfie shooter will offer more color-accurate and realistic photos even in very low light conditions.

Variable Aperture

As mentioned above, Apple may introduce the variable aperture with the iPhone 17 Pro models. Variable aperture is similar to the human eye. Like a human eye, the variable aperture allows or restricts the light coming to the lens based on different lighting conditions.

In a darker place, the aperture will open widely (i.e., low f-number). As a result, more light can hit the lens to generate a brighter picture. In a bright environment, the aperture will allow less light (i.e., high f-number). Therefore, the image will not look burned or faded. This will result in better portrait images with depth control as well as enhanced night photography.

Till now, the amount of light coming to the lens of an iPhone has been digitally managed. With the iPhone 17 Pro models, the variable aperture will be a mechanical component installed with the rear shooters to be controlled electronically. And, this is when the horizontal camera housing leak looks promising.

Hardware & Software

Like every year, there will be a new SoC (Apple A19 Pro) to power the iPhone 17 Pro models. It will feature 12 GB of RAM with a base storage of 256 GB on the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max.

However, the new Apple-made C1 modem is going to be incorporated into the iPhone 17 series. Additionally, all iPhone 17 devices will support Wi-Fi 7 and possibly Bluetooth 5.4. Thus, good connectivity is expected with precise accuracy in GPS tracking. This will also significantly improve satellite connectivity and battery life.

Battery Capacity

Regarding battery life, only the upcoming iPhone 17 Pro Max will come with a larger battery to improve screen time. Here is a table showing how Apple improved the iPhone Pro Max’s battery life over the past few years by increasing the battery capacity.

On the other hand, the iPhone 17 Pro will not get a bigger battery compared to the iPhone 16 Pro. Nevertheless, the screen time will improve due to Apple’s new in-house C1 modem.

Pixel 10 Pro has recently been announced by Google. Interestingly, Google’s 10th-gen Pixel Pro introduces a range of exciting updates and meaningful upgrades. So, let’s dive into the first impression of Google’s Pixel 10 Pro.

Google continues its signature design approach with the horizontal camera visor in the Pixel 10 series. The Pixel 10 Pro maintains this design language while offering a more sophisticated and premium look. Features Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus® 2, a silky matte polished back, and a spacecraft-grade aluminum frame.

Feels very premium in the hands. However, like most glass-backed devices, it remains prone to scratches and potential damage from accidental drops. Speaking of which, the boxy shape ensures a secure grip for single-handed use. With the 6.3-inch display, the Pixel 10 Pro feels compact and functional. Has the right balance for prolonged use sessions.

Pixel 10 Pro comes with a new LTPO OLED Super Actua Display. This 1280 x 2856 pixel resolution screen sits between the Pixel 10’s 1080 x 2424 pixel resolution screen and the Pixel 10 Pro XL’s 1344 x 2992 pixel resolution screen. Colors look great and vivid. The contents on YouTube and Netflix should look crisp and clear. Pixel 10 Pro comes with a variable refresh rate (1-120 Hz), which Google refers to as Smooth Display. The efficiency of this display will ensure better screen time as well.

Pixel 10 Pro comes with the iconic triple camera system of Google. The sensors are improved this year with intense Gemini integration. Features are impressive and user-friendly. Even the selfie shooter has been tuned further.

Here are Google’s new cam features that everyone is talking about.

If you are into high-res photography, the Pixel 10 Pro models are the best fit at the moment. Google has the primary shooters tuned to enhance color, focus, detail, noise reduction, zoom, and more this year. The redesigned optical image stabilization doubles the compensation range compared to last year.

Makes every shot smoother and clearer. Images look more realistic now. Google claims this camera system to be the best for portraits. Along with Video Boost, this Pixel can also generate studio-grade videos in no time.

Camera Coach

Not everyone is a professional photographer, but with the Pixel 10 Pro, you do not have to be. Google has integrated Gemini AI directly into the camera app. The Camera Coach gives real-time step-by-step tips. Such guidance will help you master lighting, framing, and composition. With Camera Coach’s instructions, every photo becomes a masterpiece, and every user feels like a pro-photographer.

It is difficult to capture images with all the necessary details from a distance. Intense zooming while taking an image often results in a washed-up or blurred image. In this department, Smartphone companies have been struggling for years now. Google optimized Tensor G5 for the Pixel 10 series, allowing you to capture images with ProRes Zoom. With a 100x zoom range, every image of landscapes, portraits, or faraway subjects will hold incredible detail, making distance no longer a barrier to creativity.

Auto Frame Pick

Ever noticed how every perfect group photo has that one friend who looks the other direction? The Auto Best Take feature, powered by Gemini, instantly processes 150 frames when you snap a group photo. Gemini analyzed each frame and each subject. Decides the best frame where every subject looks great. If that perfect frame does not exist, the Auto Best Take will blend the best possible frames and generate a great group picture. The result? Everyone looks perfect in the same frame — no retakes needed.

Editing photos is now as simple as typing a message. With Gemini integrated into Google Photos, you can tell your Pixel 10 Pro exactly what to do: “Remove that bag,” or “Add a sunset.” The phone handles everything, from object removal to blending new elements. You describe it, and your Pixel makes it real.

The Pixel 10 Pro is powered by Google Tensor G5 (3 nm) SoC. Coupled with 16 GB RAM, the performance scores are impressive. Demo of the Gemini AI-integrated photo edits showed a much quicker result than expected. That is a good sign. On top of that, the Titan M2 security co-processor ensures flawless security with blazing-fast operations.

Pixel 10 Pro XL — the latest flagship smartphone of Google — was announced less than a week ago. The 10th-gen Pixel Pro XL comes with a handful of new features and interesting upgrades. With a polished design, enhanced performance, and many exciting features, this Pixel Pro XL is going to offer a better smartphone experience compared to its competitors in 2025. Let’s dive into the first impression of Google’s Pixel 10 Pro XL.

Similar Design with Premium Look

Google continues its signature design approach with the horizontal camera visor in the Pixel 10 series. The Pixel 10 Pro XL maintains this design language while offering a more sophisticated and premium look. Features Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus® 2, a silky matte polished back, and a spacecraft-grade aluminum frame.

The phone feels very premium in the hands. However, it remains prone to scratches and potential damage from accidental drops. Speaking of which, the boxy shape ensures a secure grip. Great for single-handed use throughout the day. With the massive 6.8-inch display, the Pixel 10 Pro XL feels just the right device to have for daily use.

Pixel 10 Pro XL comes with a new LTPO OLED Super Actua Display. This 1344 x 2992 pixel resolution screen is better than the Pixel 10’s 1080 x 2424 pixel resolution screen and the Pixel 10 Pro’s 1280 x 2856 pixel resolution screen. Colors look vibrant and sharp. The contents on YouTube and Netflix should look crisp, clear, and amazing. Pixel 10 Pro XL comes with a variable refresh rate (1-120 Hz), which Google refers to as Smooth Display. The efficiency of this display will ensure better screen time as well.

Shooters

Pixel 10 Pro XL comes with Google’s signature triple camera system. This camera system is not just an upgrade — it is a leap into the future of mobile photography, blending AI, hardware, and design to give users the best shots of their lives. These improved sensors of this year have full Gemini integration. Even the selfie shooter has been tuned further.

If you are into high-res photography, the Pixel 10 Pro XL is the best fit at the moment.

Not everyone is a professional photographer, but with the Pixel 10 Pro XL, you do not have to be.

Auto Best Take

Ever noticed how every perfect group photo has that one friend who looks the other direction? The Auto Best Take feature, powered by Gemini, instantly processes 150 frames when you snap a group photo. Gemini analyzed each frame and each subject. Decides the best frame where every subject looks great. If that perfect frame does not exist, the Auto Best Take will blend the best possible frames and generate a great group picture. The result? Everyone looks perfect in the same frame — no retakes needed.

With Gemini integrated into Google Photos, you can tell your Pixel 10 Pro XL exactly what to do: “Remove that bag,” or “Add a sunset.” The phone handles everything, from object removal to blending new elements. You describe it, and your Pixel makes it real.

Apple’s foldable iPhone exists — Mark Gurman shared valuable information recently. An article on Bloomberg pointed out Apple’s progress with the foldables.

Recent Leaks — per Bloomberg

According to Mark Gurman, Apple’s foldable iPhone is in progress now. Several new features have been leaked, and they align with the previous ones. Let’s talk about what Apple is planning for its long-awaited foldable device.

Display

This foldable iPhone is expected to have a 7.8-inch inner display with a 5.5-inch outer display. For perspective, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 comes with an 8-inch inner display and a 6.5-inch outer display.

On the same front, Ming-Chi Kou, Apple Supply Chain Analyst, hinted that the foldable iPhone and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 will adopt a crease-free inner display. For this, Samsung will be using laser-drilled metal display technology for both devices.

Shooters

Per Mark Gurman’s article, the foldable iPhone will come with 4 shooters in total. None of them are going to be in-display cams, like Galaxy Z Folds. The 4 shooters are:

— 1 shooter for the outer display
— 1 shooter for the inner display
— 2 shooters for the primary camera module

Also, the 2 cams on the displays will not come with depth sensors. As a result, there will be no Face ID for authentication. It is unclear if this device will feature Dynamic Island.

Touch ID

Speaking of authentication, the Apple foldable will feature Touch ID. This will be incorporated into the power button for security, like the older iPads.

C2 Modem

Furthermore, this foldable iPhone will also feature an in-house C2 modem for connectivity. There will be eSIMs only. And, no physical SIM card tray.

Color Options

Mark Gurman also added, the initial foldable iPhone will come in with 2 color options:

— Midnight (Black)
— Starlight (White)

The build quality and materials used on this foldable device are still a mystery. Keep an eye on this article for updates on that.

Expected Release Date & Price Tag

As mentioned above, Samsung will be making displays for Apple’s foldable and Galaxy Z Fold 8. This suggests that the foldable iPhone will be announced in 2026. However, Apple might push the release to 2027 to celebrate its 20th anniversary with a new product. Per history, Apple made significant design changes to the iPhones back in 2017 with iPhone X. That was Apple’s 10th anniversary special.

Recently, Ming-Chi Kou tweeted. As per his tweet, the Apple foldable iPhone could come with a cheaper price tag due to production optimization related to its hinge mechanism.

Flashback from 2024

Earlier reports revealed that Apple was testing alternatives for its 2 foldable prototypes after facing screen durability issues. On February 16, 2024, fresh leaks emerged from a person who worked on Apple’s foldable project. According to the leak, “the two iPhone prototypes reportedly fold widthwise like a clamshell.” An Asian supplier also confirmed Apple’s request for components to build 2 foldable devices of different sizes.

Apple’s main goal was clear — reduce the display crease caused by folding and ensure the device looks flat when opened or closed. This focus hints at Apple’s commitment to creating a premium foldable experience.

Apple’s Foldable iPhone — The Motivation

Apple has long shown interest in the foldable smartphone market. Back in 2018, Tim Cook, former CEO of Apple, reportedly asked engineers to come up with a 7-inch inward-folding iPhone. However, the project faced major technical difficulties, especially with the hinge mechanism, and was paused in 2020. In recent years, Apple has shifted focus, experimenting with different designs, including a possible foldable iPad.

Wrapping Up

Apple’s foldable iPhone is no more a hoax. It has been years since we have been expecting Apple to step into the foldable market. And, it is probably going to happen next year. Keep an eye here for more updates and leaks on Apple’s upcoming foldable.

Comment below what your thoughts are. Share with your family & friends if you find this article interesting.
iPhone 17 is just weeks away from its announcement. Leaks are flooding the internet with features and upgrades. Also, there will be no iPhone 17 Plus! Let’s check out what’s new —

Design

Design-wise, iPhone 17 will look the same as iPhone 16. The aluminum and glass combo remains the same as well. Thickness is 7.8 mm, which is a lot compared to the 5.5 mm iPhone Air.

Display

The iPhone 17 will feature a new 6.3-inch OLED display. Finally, a higher refresh rate of 120 Hz may rock this new OLED display. Interestingly, there will be no Always-on-Display support even though the display panel is going to be OLED. However, a crispy, fancy display is better while consuming YouTube or Netflix videos in 4K.

Shooters

The primary shooter will be a 48-MP Fusion cam, which is the same as the iPhone 16e. Apart from that, a 12-MP ultra-wide cam with digital optical zoom will be there with all the new camera features. However, it is not clear if the iPhone 17 will come with variable aperture.

For the entire iPhone 17 series, the selfie camera is getting an upgrade from 12 MP to 24 MP. This new sensor will offer better color accuracy and improved low-light photography, per iPhone 17 leaks.

Hardware & Software

Unlike other iPhone 17 models, only the iPhone 17 is getting the Apple A19 SoC. Also, there will be an 8 GB RAM, unlike the 12 GB RAMs on the rest of the lineup. However, Apple Intelligence compatibility will be the same across the series. Apple will also integrate the in-house C1 modem across the series.

Battery Life

The 3,600 mAh battery capacity will give a few more hours of screen time on the iPhone 17. The 25W MagSafe charging will allow quick recharging whenever needed. For average users, this should last a day.

Release Date & Price

The iPhone 17 series will be announced by Apple on September 9th, 2025. The base model iPhone 17, with 128 GB of storage, will cost $799. There will be several color options to choose from — Black, White, Green, Purple, Steel Gray, and Light Blue. According to Inc42, Apple’s manufacturing partner Foxconn has officially begun small-scale production of the iPhone 17 at its Bengaluru plant, alongside its existing facility in Chennai and other locations.

iPhone 17 is for Whom?

The iPhone 17 leaks suggest this is targeted at people who are less into tech. But, needs something powerful to keep pace with the tech world. If you are a student or an older person, iPhone 17 is your go-to. You are into phone calls and video calls, get this one. High-res photography is not your department, or you need a secondary smartphone; you know which one to pick now.

Wrapping Up

Overall, Apple thinks for all types of people and their use cases. The iPhone 17 is a great phone to start with. A better option if you are looking for a secondary device with decent cams. Bookmark this page to read our hands-on review in September.

Galaxy Z Fold 7 — subtle and powerful — is not a futuristic modern device anymore, but a practical, premium, and all-day daily driver. This flex from Samsung in the foldable world comes with a handful of unique features. Let’s dive into real-life experiences with the Galaxy Z Fold 7.

Table of Contents
Design | Display | Shooters | Performance | Battery Life | Miscellaneous | Who Should Buy?

Design

Slimmer, Lighter, and Balanced

Galaxy Z Fold 7 has a light and yet balanced chassis this time. Samsung refined it to near perfection in terms of build. Now, weighs around 238 gm, down from the Galaxy Z Fold 6’s 253 gm, instantly noticeable on the hands.

Hinge Mechanism

The hinge is tighter and cleaner. When closed, it looks like a perfect, narrow slab with almost zero gaps. Closes seamlessly with a satisfying snap. No ingress dust in 2025. Of note, has IPX8 water resistance but does not offer dust resistance. The satin matte finish rear is not only smooth but also grippy.

Display

Brighter, Crease-Less (almost), and a Treat to Use

Samsung has improved both displays significantly. Now, the displays are more interactive and responsive. Embedded features are worthy enough to get excited by.

Outer Display

The outer display is now 6.4 inches with slimmer bezels and a 21:9 aspect ratio, which feels like a regular smartphone. Typing, scrolling, and replying to messages feel less cramped. The outer display provides more comfort when used one-handed.

Inner Display

The 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X foldable screen takes the spotlight every time it is opened. With up to 2,600 nits of peak brightness, LTPO 120Hz refresh rate, and better crease camouflage, the display feels far more immersive than its predecessors.

     data-ad-format="auto"
     data-full-width-responsive="true"></ins>

The Crease

The crease of the inner display is much subtler. Visually, not bothering anymore. Nevertheless, a curious eye should find some of it. However, Samsung’s new Gorilla Armor coating helps reduce reflections and adds scratch resistance.

The inner screen is squared off. Does not feel like a tablet now. It is great for split-screen multitasking, but not ideal for widescreen video content. You will notice black bars on the sides for Netflix and YouTube videos in full-screen mode.

Multitasking & UX

Speaking of multitasking, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 can run three apps simultaneously. You can float a fourth app over them. Interestingly, drag-and-drop between apps is faster and finally useful. You can draft emails while referencing Google Docs and Slack chats. And, this does not feel compact anymore.

The inner screen is not just bigger; it is smarter. The improved taskbar is more responsive, less buggy, and now fully customizable. Galaxy Z Fold 7 remembers app layouts when you reopen the screen, thanks to the UX.

<ins class="adsbygoogle"
     style="display:block"
     data-ad-format="autorelaxed"
     data-ad-client="ca-pub-5559692671600743"
     data-ad-slot="6048597048"></ins>

Shooters

Great Setup with AI-Powered Tweaks

The Galaxy Z Fold 7 uses the familiar triple-lens system. Main camera module remains mostly the same, with the same bump as well.

— 50MP wide-angle shooter
— 12MP ultra-wide angle shooter
— 10MP 3x telephoto shooter

No major jump in hardware here. These cameras are really good. Of note, you should not compare these with the latest Galaxy S Ultra. Worth mentioning, the AI-powered image processing makes a real deal.

Image Quality

You are to get good daylight snaps with sharp and vivid colors. Skin tones look natural and fresh. The background can get a bit washed, which is obviously unnoticeable. Low-light photography has improved significantly. However, compared to photography-focused flagship smartphones, such as the Galaxy S24 Ultra, the Galaxy S25 Ultra, or the iPhone 16 Pros, you may notice some missing details and minor quality issues with dynamic range. Again, not noticeable unless you really want to see.

New Camera Features

Speaking of new camera features, 2 of them are very interesting. I believe the Auto-Framing Pro is going to be widely used by everyone. In fact, this feature will save you time while editing videos.

“Auto-Framing Pro” — for better video centering during calls and vlogs. The feature is responsible for keeping the subject at the center of the viewport even if the subject moves.

“Flex Shot” — optimized for angled, half-fold shots using the hinge.

In-Display Shooter

Worth mentioning, the in-display camera is still bad for selfies. However, not as bad as a 480p photo! The right words should be — it works. Note that the in-display camera is never for selfies if you are thinking otherwise. For Zoom calls and Google Meet, it works great.

Performance

Fast and Built for Multitasking

Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy, this is a performance champ. Flawlessly handles split-screening three apps and floating a fourth, as mentioned. Interestingly, there are no heating issues. You can push the Galaxy Z Fold 7 with intense applications, and it will still remain calm. Play Intense games without a hitch.

Benchmarks ensure performance is inevitable in this foldable. Geekbench 6 score is ~2,100 for single-core and ~5,600 for multi-core (higher than iPhone 15 Pro Max on multi-core). Comes with 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and several UFS 4.0 storage options to choose from, such as 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB.

Samsung’s One UI 6.1.1 introduces memory compression with background task optimization. App continuity between screens is smoother than ever. With the 4,600 mAh battery and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 performs great and is responsive.

Battery Life

Okay for Most, Meh for Heavy Users

With the aforementioned 4,600mAh battery, the Fold 7 delivers:

— 6.5 hours screen-on time on mixed use
— 16 hours of video playback in the inner display
— Full-day performance for light-medium users

About 6.5 hours of screen-on time should be enough for a medium user. If you are a corporate service holder, you should end the day at 20% battery with the Galaxy Z Fold 7. For the heavy multitaskers and gamers, I suggest carrying a charger. Speaking of which, fast charging tops out at 45W, and wireless charging is a bit slower on the Galaxy Z Fold 7.

Miscellaneous

Colors, Features, and Deals

Color options are — Phantom Black, Icy Silver, and Burgundy Blue (limited edition)

Interestingly, the inner display supports the S Pen, which is sold separately. Also, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 does not have any in-device S Pen storage unit. A compatible case is the go-to if you want to carry the S Pen with your foldable. To add on this front, Samsung is also planning to leave the S Pen for Galaxy S Ultra starting from 2026.

Other features include Wi-Fi 7, eSIM-only, and Bluetooth 5.4. Flex Mode optimizations across Instagram, YouTube, and Google Meet. Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos.

Who Should Buy?

Fancy Corporates & Tech-nerds First!

Galaxy Z Fold 7 has not come with a lot of fancy and gimmicky new features. However, it has everything important refined and re-integrated. Unlike experimental foldable smartphones, this is a unique multitasker. A luxury device with a steep learning curve, a laptop that can be folded in your pocket, is the Galaxy Z Fold 7.

Potential Users

This is not for students, photographers, or minimalists. However, from PDF signing to scheduling, chatting with colleagues to virtual meetings — this is a complete package. Flex Mode and rear camera preview allow enthusiastic content creators to capture solo videos. You love cutting-edge technology; this is what you should have in 2025. In a nutshell, for professionals and tech enthusiasts, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 offers a true all-in-one experience that can keep up with work, entertainment, and creativity all day long.

     data-full-width-responsive="true"></ins>

Wrapping Up

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is more than just another foldable — it is a premium device built for power users, multitaskers, and anyone who demands more from their smartphone. This is not a regular tablet or a smartphone — but the master of both. With improved design, sharper display, stronger performance, and longer battery life, the Z Fold 7 feels like the most refined foldable Samsung has ever made. While it may not be the most affordable option, it stands out as a future-ready smartphone that redefines what mobile devices can do.

Comment below what your thoughts are.
OnePlus 15 leaks have been flooding the internet since the beginning of August. Headlines suggest that OnePlus is set to release a 2025 flagship killer in October. Let’s dive into the OnePlus 15 leaks.

Table of Contents
Design | Display | Shooters | Performance | Battery Life | Release Date & Price

Why Name It OnePlus 15?

🧐 Just the Shift

OnePlus 13 was released last year. However, OnePlus skips number 14 this year and books number 15. It can be either a marketing strategy or a company preference. For example, Apple skipped the iPhone 9 back in 2017 and instead introduced the iPhone X. On another note, OnePlus is planning a significant shift for products in 2025; as a result, the nomenclature skipped number 14.

Leaked Features

🛠️ A Better OnePlus in Production Now

Speaking of the shift, the OnePlus 15 will come with several new features to overtake the 2025 flagships with an affordable price, a game OnePlus has been playing for a long time. This time, there will be some design changes, a bigger and optimized battery, and enhanced performance in the pipeline.

Design

📐 New Display is the New Design

OnePlus is moving to a flat display in 2025. There might be an iPhone-like Action Button, fully customizable. Nevertheless, the iconic OnePlus alert slider will be there. Design-wise, everything else will remain mostly as it is for now. We will collect more leaks in this front. IP68 or IP69 water/dust resistance is likely to be there.

Display

📱 Flat & Almost No Bezels

As mentioned, the curve displays are going away. OnePlus 15 will come with a 1.5K 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display, down from a 2K display. And, there is a reason behind leaving the QHD curved display in 2025.

You see, a flat display offers fewer accidental touches and fewer visual distortions around the edges. For gamers and content consumers, this is a great deal. Furthermore, flat displays are well-known for better usability and fewer green-line issues. OnePlus is taking advantage of the new display design to incorporate ultra-slim bezels as well.

     data-full-width="">

</amp-ad>

Shooters

📸 In-house Cams in 2025

OnePlus may drop Hasselblad partnership and launch an in-house camera with the OnePlus 15. The triple camera setup will remain as it is for now, which includes

— 50 MP wide-angle shooter
— 50 MP ultra-wide-angle shooter
— 50 MP 3x periscope telephoto shooter

There is some confusion about the final sensor specs, but insiders say OnePlus is working on improving computational photography and low-light performance. Expect better image tuning, faster shutter speeds, and potentially new camera modes powered by the Snapdragon ISP.

<script async src="https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-5559692671600743"

Performance

🎮 Gaming & Multitasking Champ

Under the hood, there will be the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 (SM8850) SoC. This is Qualcomm’s high-end SoC based on TSMC’s 3 nm processor (N3P). So, you are getting a 25% multicore improved performance right out of the box compared to other flagships in the market.

OnePlus 15 is likely to offer 2 RAM variants, 12 GB and 16 GB of LPDDR5x, with storage options ranging from 256 GB to 1 TB UFS 4.0. With better thermal performance, the SOC is expected to be very efficient in handling intense games, seamless multitasking, and data-heavy AI-related tasks.

In 2024, the OnePlus 13 was announced with a 6,000-mAh battery. Yet, the battery life was not great for many users. This year, a new 7,300 mAh battery will power the OnePlus 15, the largest battery on any Android smartphone. Apart from the Oukitel WP100 Titan, with a 33,000 mAh battery.

Moving on, a bigger battery with a less intense display will ensure impressive screen time in this smartphone. Per leaks, we are talking about any of the following on a single charge:

— 2 days of moderate use
— 10+ hours of screen time
— 25+ hours of video playback

Speaking of which, if you are low on juice, there is 100W wired and wireless charging support. It will take around 36-39 minutes to charge due to the innovative dual-cell high-silicon technology. Well played, OnePlus!
