Which one are you going to buy — an iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard or a touchscreen MacBook Pro with Apple Pencil in 2026?

Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo points towards a 2026 release of a touchscreen MacBook Pro. But, here’s a bigger question. What if this new MacBook Pro also supports the Apple Pencil?

It would fundamentally change how we see Apple’s pro devices. A new dilemma would emerge for every power user. Would you still reach for an iPad Pro? Or, would the MacBook Pro become the one device to rule them all? Let’s explore what this future might hold.

<script async src="https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-5559692671600743"

Power vs Portability

Today, Apple’s ecosystem has a clear line. The MacBook Pro is the undisputed king of performance. It is the go-to machine for intense, demanding tasks. Content creators depend on its raw power. Developers build the future on its stable macOS. It consistently outperforms most high-end laptops on the market. It is a true powerhouse for professionals who need reliability and speed above all else.

On the other side, we have the brilliant iPad Pro. It has carved its own niche as a laptop replacement. Paired with the Magic Keyboard, it offers amazing versatility. Nevertheless, its true magic lies with the Apple Pencil. This tool transforms the device into a digital canvas. It’s why many artists now prefer the iPad Pro over a Wacom Cintiq. They love its portability and the fluid experience of iPadOS. Even video editors are using it for rendering high-resolution projects. It represents precision and creative freedom.

A Future Converging — New MacBook Pro!

The lines between these two devices are starting to blur. The latest 13-inch M4 iPad Pro is a performance marvel. It features a 10-core CPU and a 10-core GPU. This is the kind of power promised by a base-model MacBook Pro. So what happens when the MacBook Pro gets a touchscreen? And what if that screen welcomes the Apple Pencil?

This single move could ignite a major shift. The physical experience also plays a key role. The 13-inch iPad Pro is big enough to hold comfortably. With its Magic Keyboard, the weight can feel a bit top-heavy. But for an artist or video editor, the support of the Apple Pencil makes any complaint obsolete.

The Ultimate Choice for Creatives

Imagine a MacBook Pro with native Apple Pencil support. This creates a fascinating dilemma for consumers. Who would buy what? Many users who love their iPad Pro without a keyboard might stick with it. It’s a perfect tablet experience. Students would also likely favor the iPad Pro. It will almost certainly come with a lesser price tag. It provides more than enough power for their daily needs.

However, the new touchscreen MacBook Pro would be irresistible to others. Tech-nerds and industry specialists would surely make the switch. Professionals who need the full power of macOS could finally use a stylus directly. This could be a game-changer for video editors, designers, and developers. They would get extreme power and precision in a single, familiar package. This device would not just be a new product. It would be a new category of professional tool.

     data-ad-format="auto"
     data-full-width-responsive="true"></ins>

Apple’s Next Grand Plan

This potential change hints at a larger strategy. Apple rarely makes a move without thinking several steps ahead. Introducing such a powerful MacBook Pro could disrupt the iPad Pro lineup. To avoid this, Apple might need to rethink the iPad’s purpose. We’ve seen this before. The company has decommissioned iPhone models like the Mini and the Plus — now experimenting with the response of the iPhone Air.

They did this to better meet customer demands and simplify choices. A similar revamp could be coming for the iPad family. Apple may reposition the iPad lineup entirely. This would ensure every device has a clear and distinct purpose for its target audience.

Wrapping Up

The stage is set for a monumental shift. A MacBook Pro with Apple Pencil support is more than a discussion now. It feels like an inevitable step in Apple’s evolution. The question is no longer if, but when our definition of a professional laptop will change forever.

Apple’s Foldable iPhone could come with a cheaper price tag than expected so far. Fresh information suggests a major shift in production. The secret lies in one critical component. This changes everything we thought we knew.

The $40 Hinge Secret Revealed

Let’s dive right into the heart of this leak. Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has recently tweeted. The hinge for the Apple foldable iPhone may cost much less to make. Kuo states the hinge’s average selling price will be $70-$80. This is a massive drop from market expectations. The industry previously expected a price of $100-$120.

Foldable iPhone Hinge: Key Updates — Lower-Than-Expected ASP Favors Apple; Supplier Shifts Favor Foxconn; Luxshare as a Potential Supplier; Reassessing the Contribution to SZS and Amphenol

Full storyhttps://t.co/qCaYyKogrq pic.twitter.com/wJrzBHDfOR
— 郭明錤 (Ming-Chi Kuo) (@mingchikuo) October 12, 2025

Before you worry about quality, listen to this. Kuo insists this is due to “assembly design optimization.” Apple is not using cheap materials. They have simply found a smarter way to build it. A reduction of $20-$40 on the most complex part is a huge deal. This is a brilliant move by Apple to manage costs.

A New Power-Duo Enters the Fold

So, who is making this cheaper hinge possible? It’s time to meet the new power players. Foxconn has formed a joint venture with Shin Zu Shing. Shin Zu Shing is a well-known Taiwanese hinge maker. Together, they have secured the majority of Apple’s hinge orders. This new partnership will handle about 65% of the production. Foxconn’s immense influence is a key factor in reducing costs.

But what about the other 35%? Sources suggest that U.S.-based Amphenol may secure those orders soon. This strategic supplier diversification is classic Apple. They are ensuring a stable and cost-effective supply chain for their foldable iPhone.

Looking Ahead: The Second-Generation Foldable

Apple is already planning for the long term. This story doesn’t end with the first foldable iPhone. Ming-Chi Kuo also pointed to the future. He suggested that Luxshare-ICT could become another hinge supplier. This would likely happen after 2027. Luxshare-ICT has been one of Apple’s fastest-growing partners.

Adding them to the mix would increase competition among suppliers. This could lead to even more price reductions. We might see a significantly cheaper second-generation Apple foldable. Apple is not just entering a new market; they are planning to dominate it for years to come.

<ins class="adsbygoogle"

     data-ad-format="auto"
     data-full-width-responsive="true"></ins>

Your Wallet or Apple’s Profit?

So, what does all this mean for you? The hinge is the soul of any foldable device. It ensures durability and a seamless experience. Apple’s ability to slash its production cost is a game-changer. This gives Apple two powerful options. They could launch their foldable iPhone at a lower price. This would fiercely compete with Samsung and Huawei. Or, they could maintain a premium price. This would give them an incredibly high revenue margin. The stage is set for a massive showdown. The final price remains the biggest mystery.

Wrapping Up

With that being said, 2026 is likely to be full of surprises, particularly with Apple’s anticipated foldable iPhone news. It has been a long-awaited iPhone for years. The big question is… will Apple lower the price of the upcoming Apple foldable iPhone, or make more profit?

Apple promised a huge leap forward. Did they deliver? The iPhone 17 Pro comes with a radical design. The performance is off the charts. And the cameras? They are truly game-changing. Let’s dive into the first impressions. This is the iPhone 17 Pro.

A Radical New Design of the iPhone 17 Pro

You notice the new design instantly. The iPhone 17 Pro feels incredibly solid. It is built from aerospace-grade aluminum. Apple says it’s 3x less prone to scratches. The entire back is one solid piece of aluminum. This includes the new camera plateau. This clever design is not just for looks. It offers 20% better thermal efficiency. This is a massive upgrade from titanium models. All that power needs to stay cool. This design makes it possible.

The End of the Camera Bump

That iconic 3-camera bump is gone. It is replaced by a smooth plateau. This plateau holds three cameras. It also houses the flash and 3D sensors. The look is sleek and futuristic. It makes the phone feel more unified. However, be mindful of this area. This impressive plateau is vulnerable to scratches. It’s the one spot to watch carefully.

A Display That Dazzles in Any Light

The display is absolutely stunning. It’s a 6.3‑inch Super Retina XDR screen. It also features ProMotion technology. Apple is using Ceramic Shield 2. This makes it 3x more durable. The screen has a special 7-layer anti-reflective coating. It works wonders on a sunny day. You will see no glare at all. The resolution is a crisp 2622 x 1206 pixels. This gives you 460 pixels per inch. Peak brightness hits an amazing 3,000 nits. For late-night use, it can dim to just 1 nit. This display is simply brilliant.

A19 Pro: MacBook Power in Your Pocket

The iPhone 17 Pro is an absolute powerhouse. It runs on the new Apple A19 Pro chip. This SoC has 2 performance cores and 4 efficiency cores. The chip features 50% more cache data. The 6-core GPU is another huge win. It includes 2nd-gen Dynamic Caching. This gives you amazing graphics performance. Games and 8K videos look incredible.

Neural Accelerators are built into each GPU core. This provides twice the peak compute of the A18 Pro. It’s like having a MacBook Pro in your phone. This power unlocks a new era for this device.

Apple has been working on a foldable iPhone for years, and new information is making fans more curious than ever. Reliable insider Mark Gurman has once again revealed some critical details about this highly anticipated device.

His latest Newsletter report suggests that Apple is finally preparing to launch its foldable iPhone in late 2026, and the design is already raising eyebrows in the tech world.

Design & Build

One of the most exciting revelations is the device’s slimness. Many experts believe Apple introduced the iPhone Air lineup only to test and refine the limits of such an ultra-thin build. If this claim holds, the Apple Foldable could end up being one of the sleekest foldable smartphones ever made.

"As for how the foldable iPhone will look, I am increasingly told that users should imagine two titanium iPhone Airs side-by-side. In other words, it’s going to be super thin and a design achievement."

– Mark Gurman

Expected Pricing of Apple Foldable

As with every Apple innovation, the foldable iPhone won’t come cheap. Industry insiders suggest that the device will cost between $2,100 and $2,500, depending on the storage variant. Here’s a quick possible breakdown:

Variant

Expected Price

Apple Fold [Base Model]

$2,100

Apple Fold [Premium Model]

$2,500+

This pricing puts it above Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold series, making it a luxury product for early adopters. Apple’s strategy has always been to build devices that set benchmarks, and the foldable iPhone seems no different.

Wrapping Up

Apple’s foldable iPhone is shaping up to be one of the most premium smartphones of 2026. With an ultra-slim profile, a powerful camera setup, and Apple’s usual software ecosystem, it might redefine what foldable devices should look like. The high price tag will make it a niche product at first, but its impact on the market could be massive.

What do you think — will you be ready to spend over $2,000 for Apple’s first foldable iPhone?

For years, the idea of a touchscreen on a MacBook Pro has felt like a distant dream for many Apple enthusiasts. Recently, credible reports from top industry analysts suggest that Apple is actively developing a touch-enabled MacBook Pro, signaling a monumental shift in the product’s long history.

This development could redefine the professional laptop market as we know it.

OLED Touchscreen Predicted by Ming-Chi Kuo

Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo recently ignited the conversation with a significant hint. According to his information, Apple is preparing to launch a MacBook Pro featuring an advanced OLED touchscreen. This would be a first for the MacBook line, bringing a new level of interaction to macOS.

MacBook models will feature a touch panel for the first time, further blurring the line with the iPad. This shift appears to reflect Apple’s long-term observation of iPad user behavior, indicating that in certain scenarios, touch controls can enhance both productivity and the…
— 郭明錤 (Ming-Chi Kuo) (@mingchikuo) September 17, 2025

Kuo also provided a specific production timeline, noting that the manufacturing of these cutting-edge displays is expected to commence in late 2026.

Timeline and Variants Corroborated by Mark Gurman

Further strengthening these claims, Mark Gurman of Bloomberg has independently verified the production schedule. Gurman’s insights align perfectly with Kuo’s forecast, suggesting a coordinated push within Apple’s supply chain. Furthermore, he hinted that this revolutionary MacBook Pro could be launched for consumers in early 2027.

To appeal to a wider audience, Gurman also mentioned the possibility of Apple releasing two distinct size variants. This strategy would ensure better market coverage, offering options for different user needs.

A Major Shift in Apple’s Product Strategy

Apple has historically avoided creating devices with overlapping functionalities, such as an iPad and a touch-enabled MacBook Pro. The company preferred to keep its touch interface exclusive to iOS and iPadOS. However, Apple has demonstrated a growing willingness to evolve its core philosophies, as seen with the recent transition to USB-C ports on the iPhone.

The news of a touchscreen MacBook has been circulating since 2023, and this new wave of information indicates Apple is now seriously considering this new direction for its laptops.

<script async src="https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-5559692671600743"

Meeting Fan Expectations and Market Competition

The demand for a touch-based interface on a MacBook has been a persistent request from the Apple community. The introduction of this feature would finally satisfy years of user feedback and expectations. Moreover, a touchscreen MacBook Pro would position Apple to compete directly with the well-established market of premium touchscreen Windows laptops. This move could not only retain existing users but also attract new ones who have been waiting for a more versatile and interactive macOS experience.

The Future of the MacBook Pro Looks Interactive

While we must wait for an official announcement from Apple, the consistent reports from highly reliable sources paint a very compelling picture. The evidence strongly suggests that a major evolution for the MacBook Pro is not a matter of “if,” but “when.” As we head towards the projected 2027 launch window, all eyes will be on Apple to see how it plans to innovate and potentially reshape the future of professional computing.

Wrapping Up

The upcoming MacBook Pro with an OLED touchscreen is shaping up to be one of Apple’s most important product updates. With production likely starting in 2026 and release in 2027, this laptop could completely redefine Apple’s strategy in the Mac lineup.

Do you think Apple is making the right move by introducing a touchscreen MacBook Pro after years of hesitation?

The new AirPods Pro 3 aren’t just an update; they’re a revolution. Apple packed these tiny earbuds with futuristic tech that sounds like science fiction. Let’s dive into what makes these the most talked-about earbuds of 2025.

A Symphony in Your Ears

Apple redesigned the audio experience from the ground up. The AirPods Pro 3 feature a custom multiport acoustic architecture. This is precisely controlled air flow to deliver sound directly into your ear. The result is shockingly clear vocals and a deep, satisfying bass.

Silence Gets a Serious Upgrade

The active noise cancellation (ANC) is phenomenal. Thanks to the new foam-infused ear tips that create a better seal, noise isolation is better than ever. The difference is something you have to hear to believe.

Feature

AirPods Pro 2 (2022)

AirPods Pro 3 (2025)

Active Noise Cancellation

Standard ANC

2x Stronger

Overall ANC Effectiveness

Good

4x More Effective

Ear Tips

3 Sizes (S, M, L)

5 Sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL)

These now come in a noticeably smaller and more pocketable case. Plus, you get five ear tip sizes in the box, ensuring a perfect fit for literally everyone.

Your Personal Interpreter: Live Translation

This is the game-changer. Apple is breaking down language barriers with the AirPods Pro 3. Imagine walking down the street on an overseas tour and striking up a conversation with a local. Here’s how the magic works:

AirPods Pro 3 detect a foreign language being spoken to you.

The ANC instantly lowers the surrounding volume, allowing you to hear the translation clearly.

Apple Intelligence translates each phrase into your language in real-time.

Your iPhone can even display what you’re saying in their language for a seamless conversation.

If both of you are wearing AirPods Pro 3, the conversation is translated for both people simultaneously. There’s no significant audio delay, thanks to the power of computational audio and live translation.

First new product: AirPods Pro 3
– New foam-infused ear tips
– 2x the ANC performance vs last gen
– Live translation (powered by Apple Intelligence) pic.twitter.com/RzmcIz9Xad
— Marques Brownlee (@MKBHD) September 9, 2025

     data-ad-format="auto"
     data-full-width-responsive="true"></ins>

A Doctor in Your Ear: Heart Rate Sensing

Apple has been working on this for a while, and it’s finally here. The AirPods Pro 3 can now accurately monitor your heart rate directly from your ear.

How it Works: In-ear sensors, combined with data from the accelerometer, track the pulse from veins in your ear canal. It tracks your heart rate, activity, and calorie data, sending everything to the Health app for analysis by ML algorithms.

Emergency Prediction: This is huge. Developed with data from 250,000 people, the sensors can help predict potential hypertension issues and even a heart attack. In a crisis, the AirPods Pro 3 can automatically call emergency services for you.

AirPods Pro 3 Workout Buddy

Feeling demotivated at the gym? The AirPods Pro 3 have your back. A new “Workout Buddy” feature acts as your personal trainer. What does the Workout Buddy do?

Motivates you with micro-goals.

Compliments each achievement.

Pushes you toward the next challenge.

Offers prompts and instructions to improve your routine.

For anyone who hates gym trainers but loves encouragement, this feature might be a game-changer.

<ins class="adsbygoogle"
     style="display:block"
     data-ad-client="ca-pub-5559692671600743"
     data-ad-slot="9778069398"
     data-ad-format="auto"
     data-full-width-responsive="true"></ins>

Built for the Grind

Apple confirmed these earbuds will not fall out. They were tested against 50 different workout types in the Apple Health app, so you can go all out during intense workouts. They also feature an IP57 rating for sweat and water resistance. One small note: this rating does not include dust, so be careful in sandy areas.

Battery Life That Keeps Going

The battery life has seen a solid improvement. You can expect longer listening sessions, whether you’re blocking out the world or staying aware of your surroundings. You can expect around 8 hours of battery life on a single charge. If the transparency mode is enabled, the battery life is expected to be over 10 hours. Speaking of transparency mode, this is targeted for people with hearing issues. Therefore, Apple thought about everyone.

The Big Question: Should You Buy Them?

Let’s Talk Price — the Apple AirPods Pro 3 comes in at a familiar price point of $249. So, are these a must-buy? Yes, only if you are a:

First-time AirPods buyer seeking premium audio

International traveler needing live translation

A fitness enthusiast wants heart rate monitoring

An Android user craving Apple’s audio quality

Someone with AirPods Pro (1st gen) or older

The summary is that if you have a perfectly functional pair of AirPods Pro 2, you can probably wait. However, if you are looking for a new pair of earbuds in 2025, the AirPods Pro 3 is an absolute no-brainer. The upgrades in ANC, health tracking, and live translation are massive.

Note that for an Android user, the leap in audio quality and noise cancellation alone is worth the price of admission. Go ahead and get a taste of Apple’s new magic. Thank us later.

Wrapping Up

AirPods Pro 3 packs impressive upgrades like live translation, advanced ANC, and health tracking, making them one of Apple’s most feature-rich earbuds to date. Do you think you can comfortably skip this release and wait for what Apple has planned next?

Remember when we thought phones couldn’t get any thinner? Apple just proved us wrong. The iPhone Air isn’t just slim — it’s super powerful too. Imagine holding a phone that feels futuristic and gives you Pro-level performance. That’s iPhone Air in a nutshell.

     data-full-width-responsive="true"></ins>

A Bold New Design with Titanium Build

The first thing you notice is its impossible thinness. At just 5.6 mm, the iPhone Air is a testament to engineering excellence. To put that in perspective, it’s significantly slimmer than the iconic 6.9 mm iPhone 6. Notably, it is more durable than most other smartphones on the market.

But don’t let the slim profile fool you. Apple built this phone to last. It features a strong frame made from 80% recycled Titanium. The front is protected by a ceramic shield, making it 4x more durable than previous glass-backed iPhones. The polished Titanium finish comes in four gorgeous colors:

— Space Black
— Cloud White
— Light Gold
— Sky Blue

One of the coolest design choices is the new camera plateau. This sleek, raised section on the back houses all the main circuitry and the primary camera. It’s a smart and stylish way to integrate the camera bump.

it’s actually wild that Apple was able to fit the ENTIRE camera system, logic board and other components inside the iPhone Air’s plateau lol

it’s all even really beautiful to look at! pic.twitter.com/FNn1pxlSNd
— System Settings (@app_settings) September 10, 2025

Apple continues to push for a seamless future. The iPhone Air is an eSIM-only device, ditching the physical SIM tray for good.

ProMotion Display Makes Everything Butter Smooth

Your eyes are immediately drawn to the gorgeous 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR display. With ProMotion technology, scrolling is buttery smooth, scaling all the way up to 120 Hz. When you’re not using it, the Always-on-Display sips power at just 1 Hz.

Worried about outdoor use? Don’t be. The screen reaches a dazzling 3,000 nits peak brightness. Sunny days have met their match.

And this beautiful screen is tough. It’s protected by Ceramic Shield 2, which is 3x more durable than the shield on the iPhone 16 series.

<script async src="https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-5559692671600743"

Two Revolutionary Cameras of iPhone Air

The All-New Fusion Cam

The main camera is a game-changer. It’s a new 48 MP Fusion ultra-wide-angle sensor. This beast of a shooter (f/1.6, 26 mm) features 100% Focus Pixels and Sensor-shift OIS.

But here’s the magic: it also has an integrated 2x telephoto sensor. It’s two cameras in one! This system delivers stunning 24 MP photos packed with detail. Your 4K videos will look sharper and more vivid than ever.

A Smarter Selfie with Center Stage

The front camera gets a huge upgrade, too. Say hello to the 18 MP Center Stage selfie shooter. Instead of a standard 3:4 sensor, this one is a wider, square sensor.

Allowing for the introduction of a clever new trick. If you have multiple people in the shot, a simple tap on the screen can zoom out or automatically rotate the view from portrait to landscape to fit everyone in. Capture 4 different selfies with 4 different orientations and pick the best one later.

For video calls, Center Stage is a lifesaver. It automatically reframes the shot to keep the subject(s) in focus, even if you move around or someone else joins you.

Content creators, listen up! The iPhone Air supports dual-capture video. This means you can record with the front and back cameras at the same time. Your vlogs and reaction videos will never be the same.

A19 Pro: MacBook Power in Your Pocket

Under the hood, the iPhone Air is an absolute monster. Inside, the iPhone Air runs on the A19 Pro SoC.

— 2 performance cores + 4 efficiency cores
— 50% more cache memory
— 5-core GPU with 2nd-gen Dynamic Caching
— Each GPU core has a Neural Accelerator (2x faster than A18 Pro)

Graphics performance is off the charts. The 5-core GPU supports 2nd-gen Dynamic Caching. Each GPU core even has its own Neural Accelerator. This delivers 2x the peak compute power of the A18 Pro. Apple isn’t kidding when they call this MacBook Pro-level performance.

Next-Generation Connectivity

Connectivity is faster and more reliable than ever. The new Apple-designed N1 wireless chip brings support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and Thread. Your connection will be rock-solid.

The iPhone Air also features Apple’s in-house C1X modem. It’s twice as powerful as the previous generation, faster than the iPhone 16 Pro, and uses 30% less energy.

Overall connectivity summary:

— N1 wireless chip handles Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and Thread
— C1X modem delivers 2x the power of the C1
— Faster than iPhone 16 Pro while using 30% less energy

All-Day Power in an Ultra-Thin Form

You might be wondering, “How can such a thin phone have good battery life?” Apple worked some magic here. The iPhone Air is equipped with a 3,149mAh Li-ion battery — smaller than you’d expect.

While the battery is compact, the phone’s efficiency is incredible. A new adaptive power mode ensures you get the most out of every charge. With Apple’s battery pack, you can get up to a whopping 40 hours of video playback. That’s almost two full days of watching Netflix!
Need a quick charge?

You’ve got options:

— 50% battery in just 20 minutes (wired charging)
— 8 hours of video from a 10-minute charge (perfect for emergencies)
— 20W Qi/MagSafe wireless charging (cable-free convenience)

Price and Storage

All this innovation comes at $999 for the base model.

You get:

— 256 GB storage (no more deleting photos)
— 12 GB RAM (multitasking monster)
— Every single feature we just talked about

Is it worth it? For tech enthusiasts who want the latest and greatest — absolutely. A flagship price for a flagship experience.

Wrapping Up

The iPhone Air is more than just a thin phone. It’s a powerhouse in the slimmest chassis Apple has ever built. Perfect for anyone who craves futuristic design, beast-level performance, and unmatched efficiency. Power that rivals laptops. Cameras that think for themselves.

iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max are a couple of days away from launch. On September 9th, 2025, Apple will announce the iPhone 17 series if everything goes well. Based on internet gossip, several features of the iPhone 17 Pro models are already drawing public attention.

Why Do You Need to Upgrade to an iPhone 17 Pro?

Apple comes with a bunch of new iPhones every year. 2025 is going to be no different with the iPhone 17 series. Even if you have an iPhone 16 Pro, you should consider upgrading to the iPhone 17 Pro, at least. Leaving the iPhone 17 Pro Max aside in this section. Here’s a table to summarize why you need the upgrade.

iPhone 16 Pro

iPhone 17 Pro

Titanium Frame

Aluminum Frame

8.25 mm Thickness

8.7 mm Thickness

😒

Anti-reflective Display

12 MP Selfie Shooter

24 MP Selfie Shooter

12 MP Telephoto Shooter

48 MP Telephoto Shooter

5x Optical Zoom

8x Optical Zoom

4K Video Recording

8K Video Recording

😒

Dual Video Recording

A18 Pro SoC

A19 Pro SoC

8 GB RAM

12 GB RAM

3,582 mAh Battery

3,700+ mAh Battery

😒

Vapor Cooling Chamber

Furthermore, there are several other reasons to choose a new iPhone this year. You gotta see the leaked features. Starting with the new design in the next section.

New Design

After the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max from 2019, Apple has decided to change the design of the camera module with the iPhone 17 Pro models this year. The iconic triangular 3-camera module is going to be replaced by a huge horizontal camera visor, with the triangular 3-camera module being on the left side of the camera visor. Apple may need this design change to incorporate variable aperture, as discussed later.

Apart from the new camera module, the back panel is getting more design changes according to leaks, consisting of glass and aluminum. The Apple logo might be repositioned as well, which will interact with MagSafe accessories. Worth mentioning, Apple is ditching the titanium frame this year due to aluminum’s durability and reliability. Furthermore, iPhone 17 Pro will feature a newly designed Dynamic Island. The entire sensor is getting smaller and optimized.

🚨 New leak on iPhone 17 Pro

According to the MacRumors report, the Dynamic Island interface in the iPhone 17 Pro may undergo a noticeable redesign, as it is said that its size will shrink from 2 cm in the iPhone 16 to only about 1.5 cm! 😲

Source: @MacRumors pic.twitter.com/7pswTxlgGo
— Intro Hub (@theintrohub) September 5, 2025

     data-ad-format="auto"
     data-full-width-responsive="true"></ins>

New Shooters

Apple has been working on improving its camera modules and image processing units constantly over the years. iPhones are well-known and popular for taking great pictures, if not the best. When other companies are rocking 200 MP shooters, Apple decided to make some changes in their camera department this year, as well, in 2025.

Primary Shooters

Leaks suggest that the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max will come with a new 48 MP Fusion shooter, a 48 MP ultra-wide angle shooter, and a 48 MP telephoto shooter. Therefore, the 12 MP, f/2.8, 120 mm (periscope telephoto) shooter will be decommissioned. A dual video recording feature will be there for vloggers this time. It will be integrated as a new video-capturing mode in the iPhone 17 Pro models only. Furthermore, variable aperture might be there on these Pro models.

Selfie Shooter

Speaking of dual video recording, it is also leaked that the 12 MP, f/1.9, 23 mm (wide-angle) selfie shooter will get upgraded to a 24-MP wide-angle selfie shooter. This selfie shooter will offer more color-accurate and realistic photos even in very low light conditions.

Variable Aperture

As mentioned above, Apple may introduce the variable aperture with the iPhone 17 Pro models. Variable aperture is similar to the human eye. Like a human eye, the variable aperture allows or restricts the light coming to the lens based on different lighting conditions.

In a darker place, the aperture will open widely (i.e., low f-number). As a result, more light can hit the lens to generate a brighter picture. In a bright environment, the aperture will allow less light (i.e., high f-number). Therefore, the image will not look burned or faded. This will result in better portrait images with depth control as well as enhanced night photography.

Till now, the amount of light coming to the lens of an iPhone has been digitally managed. With the iPhone 17 Pro models, the variable aperture will be a mechanical component installed with the rear shooters to be controlled electronically. And, this is when the horizontal camera housing leak looks promising.

Hardware & Software

Like every year, there will be a new SoC (Apple A19 Pro) to power the iPhone 17 Pro models. It will feature 12 GB of RAM with a base storage of 256 GB on the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max.

However, the new Apple-made C1 modem is going to be incorporated into the iPhone 17 series. Additionally, all iPhone 17 devices will support Wi-Fi 7 and possibly Bluetooth 5.4. Thus, good connectivity is expected with precise accuracy in GPS tracking. This will also significantly improve satellite connectivity and battery life.

Battery Capacity

Regarding battery life, only the upcoming iPhone 17 Pro Max will come with a larger battery to improve screen time. Here is a table showing how Apple improved the iPhone Pro Max’s battery life over the past few years by increasing the battery capacity.

iPhone Model

Battery Capacity

Video Playback Time

iPhone 17 Pro Max

~ 5,000 mAH

~ 35 hours

iPhone 16 Pro Max

4,676 mAH

33 hours

iPhone 15 Pro Max

4,422 mAH

29 hours

iPhone 14 Pro Max

4,323 mAH

29 hours

iPhone 13 Pro Max

4,352 mAH

28 hours

* This is the amount of time a certain iPhone can play videos, provided it is in standard condition.

On the other hand, the iPhone 17 Pro will not get a bigger battery compared to the iPhone 16 Pro. Nevertheless, the screen time will improve due to Apple’s new in-house C1 modem.

Release Date & Price

Apple will be announcing the iPhone 17 series on September 9th, 2025. At that event, iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, along with iPhone 17 Air, will be debuted.

Due to new features and additions, Apple decided to revise its prices for the upcoming iPhone Pro models. The iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max will be priced at $1,049 and $1,249 for 256 GB storage options, respectively. There are 5 color variants to choose from — Black, White, Gray, Orange, and Dark Blue.

Wrapping Up

Apart from a newly designed camera module, the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max will debut with several exciting features. The new iOS has a lot of new surprises as well. On top of everything, Apple Intelligence is pushing the boundaries. Therefore, the iPhone 17 Pro models would be a very significant upgrade for whoever is planning to change their smartphone and switch to a new iPhone this year.
Apple Watch SE 3 is just days away from its official launch. Leaks suggest it could be the most affordable Apple smartwatch yet. For students and budget-conscious buyers, this might be the perfect smartwatch in 2025. Let’s explore why the Watch SE 3 deserves your attention.

Overview

Unlike the Apple Watch Series 11, the Watch SE 3 will skip premium features. It also won’t carry the rugged build of the Watch Ultra 3. Instead, Apple is focusing on value, price, and performance for everyday users.

The first Apple Watch SE debuted in 2020 and gained instant popularity. In 2022, Apple followed up with the Watch SE 2, which again received positive feedback from everyone. Now in 2025, Apple is ready to launch the long-awaited Watch SE 3.

New Design & Build

The Watch SE 3 will introduce a refreshed design. Buyers can choose between larger 41 mm and 45 mm screen options. Apple is switching to a plastic frame for affordability and lighter weight. Worth mentioning, the plastic build will not look cheap in any way. This change also means more vibrant color options will be available.

Watch SE 3 Performance

Apple’s flagship Series 11 and Ultra 3 will feature the new S11 chip. The Watch SE 3, however, will run on the proven S10 chip. Performance will still be smooth, with minimal differences in daily use.

You also get watchOS 26, ensuring updated features and software stability. Battery life is expected to improve, thanks to software optimizations. In short, the Watch SE 3 will deliver reliable performance at a lower price.

AI Features on Watch SE 3

All Apple Watch models in 2025 will embrace AI integration. The Watch SE 3 will include features like live message translation and Workout Buddy. You’ll also find Fitness Coach and the new AI-powered Notes app on your wrist.

Siri support will be smarter, faster, and more context-aware. These AI tools will make daily tasks more efficient for students and professionals.

Release Date & Price

Leaks suggest the Watch SE 3 will cost around $200. This is an incredible deal for an Apple Watch in 2025. Even if supply chain and tariff issues can affect pricing, it will remain budget-friendly. The release date is September 9, 2025, at the upcoming Apple Event.

What You Might Miss on Watch SE 3?

Some premium features will stay exclusive to the Series 11 and Ultra 3. These include the S11 chip, 5G connectivity, and possible blood pressure monitoring. ECG functionality is also uncertain for the Watch SE 3 model.

Still, the Apple Watch SE 3 includes sleep apnea detection, which is a valuable health feature. For most users, the missing sensors won’t be a dealbreaker. Let’s see a different table between the Watch Ultra 3, Watch Series 11, and Watch SE 3.
