Design
When it comes to design, Apple will be following the same iPhone 13’s design language for the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus. According to Ming Chi-Kou, “the iPhone 16 series will not feature any design changes.” The Action Button may be seen in the non-Pro iPhone 16 models.
However, on February 5, 2024, we received an image from an anonymous source (see the featured image of this article). The featured image of this article represents a remix of the iPhone X + iPhone 11’s design. The anonymous source mentioned that this might be the design of the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus. We have found similar renders on Apple Hub’s Twitter page as well. We are digging down on this.
Display
Well, the display sizes will be the same as last year. The iPhone 16 will feature a 6.1-inch and the iPhone 16 Plus will have a massive 6.7-inch super Retina AMOLED XDR display.
The only new upgrade here may be an improved ceramic coating. Apple may introduce anti-glare screens across the iPhone 16 series.
Apple iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max: Leaks
Per Majin Bu, “the new iPhone 16 Pro will have a new design for the camera module.”

Battery life
Finally, we got some leaks about the battery capacity of the iPhone 16 series as of February 8, 2024. According to Majin Bu’s Tweet, the iPhone 16 will have a 3,561 mAh, and the iPhone 16 Plus will have a 4,006 mAh battery. The iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus are equipped with a 3,349 and a 4,383 mAh battery respectively. Therefore, you will be able to squeeze in around 45-50 minutes more than the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus’s screen time, i.e. 20 hours and 26 hours of video playback respectively.
Storage options
On February 25, 2024, we saw a Tweet suggesting all iPhone 16 models “should start” with a 256 GB base storage option. However, this can be an expectation or a leak. We are working on it.

Wrapping up
Apple iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will be the lighter versions of the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max respectively minus the 12-MP periscope telephoto camera. Even though there will be fewer upgrades, these phones will perform better than most other phones with similar prices and specs. We are working on getting more reliable and detailed leaks.
